Young Men & Young Women Camp Participants

All camp participants (Adult Leaders and Youth) must Register online for Young Men's and Young Women's Camps.  Registration includes filling out the online form and uploading one form into the registration: the parental permission/medical release form.  Once downloaded, this form should be filled in and signed (either printed off and manually signed and reuploaded or digitally signed and uploaded).  Once signed, you simply upload these forms into your online registration (Preferred).  Alternately, you can print them out and bring them when you come to camp.

For Adult leaders and volunteers, you will be required to be current on your youth protection training.
